- Represented a Russian subsidiary of an international corporation in a dispute over urban planning for the construction of an apartment building in downtown Saint Petersburg. We successfully argued for the removal of all restrictions on the use of the site, allowing for the construction of a luxury residential building.
- Provided comprehensive legal support for all stages of construction of a residential complex located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Saint Petersburg, with total investments exceeding RUB 4 billion. The project involved cooperating with internationally renowned designers and contractors.
- Represented a client in a dispute with the government of Saint Petersburg regarding the recovery of misappropriated real estate. We secured a Supreme Court precedent that addresses the transferability of real estate and recovery rights in cases involving modified property boundaries.
- Represented the owner of A+ class commercial real estate in the heart of Saint Petersburg's historical district in disputes with a lessee. The litigation strategy led to the dismissal of claims worth over RUB 1.4 billion.
- Successfully resolved conflicts and structured a transaction involving strategic partners of a federal energy company. The transaction was part of a joint venture for the development of an elite suburb of Saint Petersburg. The value of the assets involved exceeded RUB 1 billion.
- Represented the largest design firm in the Northwestern Federal District in government contract disputes across the Russian Federation, including cases before the Federal Antimonopoly Service. Our attorneys successfully prevented the client from being included in the Register of Mala Fide Suppliers, demonstrating their commitment to the contract and successfully protecting assets worth over RUB 500 million.
