Alina Khammatova leads projects in financial investigations, asset tracing, and troubled debt settlement. She specializes in providing full-service support for bankruptcy proceedings and corporate dispute resolution.
She has extensive experience in defending Clients in economic crime cases, tax disputes, and antitrust proceedings.
She is a regular participant in Federation Council roundtables.

Project experience
- Provided legal support for bankruptcy proceedings for a major machine-building plant. The project resulted in debt reduction exceeding RUB 10 billion through the exclusion of affiliated creditors and successfully challenging a RUB 2.5 billion transaction with a top-3 bank.
- Represented a creditor in the bankruptcy proceedings of one of the largest infrastructure contractors in St. Petersburg. Ensured the replenishment of the bankruptcy estate and collected evidence of the beneficiaries' misconduct. The assets protected exceeded RUB 7.5 billion.
- Represented a top-10 bank in bankruptcy proceedings involving a group of nuclear power plant construction companies. Successfully implemented a strategy to establish and hold a "profit center" liable for more than RUB 8 billion.
- Represented a construction company in a state contract dispute, securing reduced penalties, the retention of advance payment, and prevention of bankruptcy.
- Provided legal support in the bankruptcy of a leading car dealership in the Northwestern Federal District stemming from a corporate conflict. Secured the restoration of minority shareholder rights for a bankrupt debtor.
- Represented a leading grain trader in a tax dispute concerning additional VAT and income tax assessments.
- Conducted due diligence for a leading Russian bread manufacturer during a potential buyout, focusing on identifying management liability risks. The transaction value exceeded RUB 1 billion.
- Successfully represented a leading design firm in the Northwestern Federal District in a series of state contract disputes totaling RUB 500 million, helping the client avoid bankruptcy and exclusion from the register of reliable suppliers.
