- Represented the largest social network in the CIS countries in a dispute over big data usage. We secured a landmark ruling defining the boundaries for the free use of social network users’ online data.
- Represented a major retailer in a dispute with a federal mobile network operator over exclusive rights to intellectual property tallying RUB 77 billion. The court proceedings led to the parties reaching a settlement.
- Represented the largest Russian social network in a dispute with global record companies over compensation for copyright infringement and the removal of unlawfully used tracks, and in a separate dispute related to a data center.
- Provided legal support and structured the process for a cross- border acquisition of high-tech telecom assets, including advice on intellectual property, customs, and tax regulations in Russia and China.
- Represented a leading medical cosmetics manufacturer in a dispute with the former top management over the rights to essential trademarks. We successfully restored the client's exclusive rights and prevented the loss of control over the established brand.
- Represented a major restaurant chain owner before the Intellectual Property Rights Court to terminate trademark rights as a defense strategy against the rights holder’s claim. We reached a settlement with the compensation reduced by dozens of times.
- Supported a case regarding the unlawful sale of a fiscal data operator to the investment divisions of Russia's largest bank. We secured a settlement and obtained fair compensation for the client's share.
- Represented a patent holder in disputes over exclusive rights with major mobile device manufacturers.
