Project experience
- Represented a major player in the mining and hydrometallurgy industry in a multi-jurisdictional dispute with a Russian bank. Provided legal support for the dispute in Russia and coordinated actions in the courts of the UK (LCIA), Armenia, and Cyprus. Implemented a strategy that resulted in a settlement agreement for more than RUB 38 billion.
- Protected the assets of a major IT holding company in disputes stemming from a corporate conflict with a former business partner. Successfully defended against all claims, preserving assets exceeding RUB 1.2 billion for the client.
- Represented a major online service in a dispute with the supervisory authorities over the right to charge a service fee. Her position led to a judgement in favor of the client that set a precedent for online e-commerce marketplaces.
- Represented a major auto group in a dispute for the recovery from the client of more than RUB 1 billion in actual damage and loss of profits as a result of the withdrawal from lease agreements and seizure of leased vehicles from the plaintiff. The claim against the client was dismissed in full.
- Provided legal support and structuring for a cross-border acquisition of high-tech telecom assets, including advising on intellectual property, customs, and tax regulations in Russia and China.
- Provided full-service support for structuring the Russian operations of a major European publishing group, addressing corporate, labor, migration, and sanctions issues, and intangible asset transfers. Developed an exit strategy for the client’s withdrawal from the Russian market.
- Provided full-service support for the credit-financed acquisition of dietary supplement and food additive manufacturing group. Developed an optimal transaction structure that balanced stakeholder interests while maintaining the existing ownership shares.
- Represented a patent holder in exclusive rights disputes against major mobile device manufacturers.
