She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive support to companies and commercial groups in crisis situations, including corporate conflicts, bankruptcy proceedings, and anti-crisis M&A transactions. She is an expert in corporate law, shareholder relations and the legal aspects of corporate governance.

- Provided full-service support for a corporate conflict in a leading auto group in the North-Western District, including disputes over management bodies and appeals against transactions with key assets. Ensured full recovery of the clients' property losses and redemption of the shares in the business at fair value. The sum involved in the dispute exceeded RUB 10 billion.
- Defended a top manager of a major Russian bank in a dispute on subsidiary liability with a complicated criminal aspect. Secured a precedent-setting ruling and protected the client against claims exceeding RUB 2 billion.
- Represented a major player in the mining and hydrometallurgy industry in a multi-jurisdictional dispute with a Russian bank. Provided legal support for the dispute in Russia and coordinated actions in the courts of the UK (LCIA), Armenia, and Cyprus. Implemented a strategy that resulted in a settlement agreement for more than RUB 38 billion.
- Represented a major online service in a dispute with the supervisory authorities over the right to charge a service fee. The position led to a judgement in favor of the client that set a precedent for online e-commerce marketplaces.
- Developed a defense strategy and represented the owner of a major IT group in a dispute with the heirs of the former owner. Provided full-service support to protect the client's existing business from a hostile takeover. The assets protected exceeded RUB 7 billion.
- Provided legal support in a transaction for the purchase of shares in a manufacturer of construction materials. Developed and implemented the transaction structure for shares in holding companies located in Russia and abroad.
- Represented a former co-owner and chairman of the board of directors of an energy company in a dispute over subsidiary liability. Defended the client from claims of RUB 6 billion.
- Provided full-service legal support in Russia's central corporate conflict of 2020. Secured a position on more than 20 disputes, which allowed the Client to sign settlement agreements in respect of more than RUB 19 billion in commodity assets.
- Represented a major retailer in a dispute with a federal mobile network operator over exclusive rights to intellectual property for a total of RUB 77 billion. The court proceedings led the parties to sign a settlement agreement.
- Represented a beneficiary of Aspect Bank in a multi-jurisdictional corporate dispute with a complicated criminal aspect. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation made a precedent-setting ruling on the beneficiary's rights (Case of Aspect-Finance CJSC).
