- Represented the owner of A+ class commercial real estate in the historical center of St. Petersburg in disputes with a lessee. The litigation strategy ensured the dismissal of claims exceeding RUB 1.4 billion.
- Represented a major medical cosmetics manufacturer in a dispute over rights to business-critical trademarks with the former top management. Successfully restored the client's exclusive rights and prevented loss of control over the established brand.
