- Represented a creditor (a top-10 bank) in the bankruptcy proceedings of a leading Russian beverage manufacturer. Reduced the bankrupt company's debt burden by overturning adverse precedents regarding credit institution liability in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
- Provided full-service legal defense for a company with foreign shareholders against a contractor who filed over a hundred bad-faith lawsuits. Secured all the client's claims and recovered damages for knowingly filing bad-faith lawsuits from the beneficiary of the opposing party.
