- Provides comprehensive legal support for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), including matters of marriage and family relations, estate planning, immigration assistance, real estate management, and personal asset structuring, with consideration for the ever-changing regulatory environment and in compliance with tax and foreign exchange laws.
- Represented clients in UAE court proceedings regarding breaches of a residential property construction contract by a developer. Ensured the recovery of funds, penalties, and interest amounting to RUB 1 billion.
- Oversaw private charitable investments exceeding RUB 1 billion for the renovation, restoration, and operations of Stanislavsky Electrotheatre in Moscow. Provides full-service support for the theatre's productions and cultural projects in Russia and abroad.
- Represented the heirs of one of the largest private art collections in Russia. Implemented a management structure that allowed them to preserve the collection, ensuring its continuity and regular exhibitions in a private museum.
- Provided full-service support for an international film project. Ensured the structuring of contractual relationships with investors, co-producers, and sponsors, and the protection of intellectual property rights. Oversaw the group's liquidation following project completion. The total project expenses exceeded RUB 2 billion.
- Managed a citizenship renunciation process for a venture investor and family members. Organized document restoration and collection and the preparation of the applications. Represented a client at the Consulate in the Republic of Malta.
- Assisted in the transfer of foreign inherited property. Managed the liquidation of an insolvent company in Cyprus and asset distribution to the client. Facilitated the return of funds to Russia from a US broker following the sale of the testator's financial assets.
- Provided legal support for the MusicAeterna Foundation during its establishment. Oversees contractual activities (including international), sponsor donations, and internal organizational changes. Coordinated the Foundation's relocation to St. Petersburg, assisting with the orchestra and choir's creative residency at Radio House.
- Provides legal support to the Alma Mater Foundation for the support of social and cultural projects. Coordinates the activities of management bodies, assists in the employment of disabled individuals and in the legal side of projects involving people with mental disabilities who perform on stage alongside professional actors.
- Represented a client in Russia's record-setting medical malpractice case. The court ordered the medical facility to pay RUB 15 million in compensation to the patient affected by the medical malpractice.
